Exactly right, then two fridges and a window unit and a Oven.

And four hours and a net profit of $517 before tax later, I back.

Tigerwise.

I took this pic for you, Parked smack in Central City..

Three units in this place, but the owner pays cash.

I honestly love my job, yeah it's blue collar as the F. Good money, little work though.

Birdman, referring to Central City, yet he calls it ......... Uptown? Weird. But that's what most of the people in the areas call it.

Doofus.

Mitch Landrieu deflecting the issue to Los Angeles, New York, and Chicago. Hey numbnuts those cities have 3.9 million,2.7 million, and 8.4 million populations not 350k!

The entire press conference wrapped up is this: every federal & state entity needs to send New Orleans money and we have to increase the hotel-motel tax.

That corner by rampart is seedy and I always see tourists who look kind of bewildered there.

Honestly, I forgot about how bad that one block DOES look though.

I think the state palace is the ghetto anchor. The rents are still cheap there. I know a lot of workers downtown use that barber there, but the rest really needs to go.

Not a fan of check cashing places.

He's asking other people to figure it out for him. I'd probably do the same.

Using this situation to advocate for a tax increase is disgusting IMHO.

Why? There is an obvious need for money for the police force. They can either cut something else and move backwards, or they can tax for more police.

It's obvious that it needs to happen. Taxes are high as shite already, so it's hard to see what needs to be raised and where. Maybe sales tax. But that is already the highest in the area.

The press conference has essentially said in so many words that they don't have a clue who the people are that were involved in this shootout.

I guess the real answer is to cut everything and leave it in the private sector's hands, right?

The private sector (street justice) knows who they are but there isn't any way those folks would risk talking and putting their lives on the line.

Look you made a smart arse remark about only "allowing certain groups into Houston"
and I made a smart arse remark right back.

All it was.

Mitch just requested 100 LSP Troopers to be assigned to patrol the FQ. Wow. Way to admit you don't have control of things.

The entire press conference was nothing but a shitshow. Nothing will change until the black community comes forward to demand change. No one will listen to Mitch and Ronal about the crime in the black community.
