Boosie and Webbie beefing is wild, them dues have always been tight.
Webbie has always struck me as a street dude who made music. I don't think he has ever been serious about making music, hence he missed tour dates and radio shows w/boosie.
Even with all of Boosie's faults and his stupidity he says/does, he does know how to carry himself in a semi-profesional way. He is more serious about his career and less concerned about being in the streets.

Boosie wasn't necessarily saying not being a felon is a bad thing. But rather to not be a felon and still not visit him being locked up is a bad thing. He basically had no excuse to not visit.
But FWIW, I am 99% sure Webbie is also a felon, he just hasnt been caught for anything yet
