2019 Corvette C7 will be the last front engine model sold

i just want the round tail lights back.

I feel like the soul of the Corvette is dying with this decision, but it will no doubt perform well. Will be interesting to see where the base price ends up.

My buddy won one in a raffle and kept it for a few months before selling it and it was really fun to drive. 7 speed manual.

You get a lot of bang for your buck.

As we have discussed in previous threads, this is much needed/ long overdue IMHO

Just put a deposit on a new Grand Sport yesterday. Almost bought a Z06 (sticker was only $2K more) but I’m going to put it on the track and was too worried about the overheating issues. I considered waiting for the mid-engine, but I’m on the fence about it. I’d rather see it as a supercar well into 6 figures like the Ford GT rather than being a Vette. If they are really only $70-80K, to me it might have kind of a Ferrari-poser feel to it. And I didn’t want to wait until then and not be able to get a C7 with the color and options I want because stock is too limited by then. So I’m driving 500 miles to pick up my Grand Sport next week (7-speed manual, of course).

I just want a C6 Z06.

Same here. Just make sure the Heads have been fixed. I want a Z06 bad but will probably go with a grand sport(Targa top is my main selling point)
