Change spark plugs-
I do ruthenium plugs every 150k.
To be honest, other than being a very light tàn, they look new at 150k.
Periodically run your warmed up engine up rather hard...and you don't see deposits building up excessively.

I’ve used the amsoil atf in a lot of mine and had good experiences.

From someone who has a tundra with 240,000 miles…you don’t need to do any of that crap.

You should thank them for the heads up and tell them that you will show the list to your mechanic.
Then go find an independent and trustworthy mechanic.
I had used Kaufman Tires for oil changes, but they were bought out. I took a 20-year-old Camry in for an oil change, and the new manager gave me a list of things that "really needed to be done" before I left. It totaled up to be more than the book value of the car (which was running fine and still is 5 years later). I told him I would show the list to my mechanic and left, never to return.

What has already been said about finding a mechanic you can trust. Talk to friends.
I have a buddy that used to manage a dealership. He said the dealerships focus is on the Service Dept. Buying a car from him was great, price wise, but he always recommended getting it serviced somewhere else.

Get your serpantine belt replaced. I let mine go too long and it broke while driving down the road. (Not a Toyota).

Change spark plugs" - $460 If this includes cost of good plugs plus labor, might be reasonable
Only if they are replacing the ignition coils as well

A few years ago my wife brought her car in for routine maintenance. She called me and said they wanted to change the wipers. I said ok, that’s not an issue. She said well they quoted $75…. lol

I would do all of that myself and enjoy it as well. I’m retired so I have the time to mess around for days on projects like this.

$400 labor to change the plugs? Do they have pull the engine or disassemble half the front end to get to the plugs?
Not much of an issue with MOST longitudinal engines but some of the transverse engines will book 2 hours plus in labor.

Transfer case, differentials, and transmission could probably use a drain and fill, but that is on you if you have a man card, if not, then take it to an indy shop and spend a LOT less. Unless there is a reason to pull the plugs then I would leave them. I have OE Denso plugs in my Lexus travel car with 460k on the clock. I pulled the front bank plugs about 20k ago and they looked fine, gapped like new, and had no visible erosion. If there are no symptoms of fuel issues, I would do nothing if you make it a habit to use Tier 1 gas the majority of the time.

you are past due at 110K. pull plug, drain, add new oil <$30. Youtube it.

Run quality gas and don't worry about it. Using over the counter treatment could cause sensor damage.

you do it. Youtube <$30

YOu are past due. Bring to reliable shop that does it the right way. AGCO is my choice. NO FLUSH!!!
