Yep. In all honestly there are still some bad areas in NOLA proper, but not nearly what it used to be. The most unsafe hoods these days are in NO East and parts of JP.

NOLA proper is still way more dangerous than the worst parts of JP. Nola demographics may have changed a bit (in a good way) but the leadership is still the same mess. Tulane and Broad is a revolving door and criminals know they don't have to worry about consequences. JP is still tough on crime so the thugs there are more hesitant to commit crimes.

It’s a duplex. 2/2 for each unit. Not as attractive as a nice double shotgun though lol
