The owner wishes it was in central city. Hoffman triangle is the worst. Murder and flooding in their future.

Looks like it is set up for a rental and primary home.

Good luck to them. Someone will buy it as an AirBnB

What kind of frickery is this? Aside from the ridiculous location, it's not even really nicely appointed. Just standard shite.

I’m pretty sure this is set up for someone to make both units section 8 but for that area and a 2/2 that seems insanely high

Why does that house look like a periscope?

Some parts of Central City are much improved these days, if not pretty nice, especially around the Oretha Castle Haley corridor and between Dryades/Baronne and St. Charles Avenue.

Where this house is located is still a ways off, too many vacant lots and a lot of blight.

I've seen a few in this style pop up around Mid City. It's a weird style.

I’m just amazed they felt the need to have 4 baths for a 1800 sq ft house with 4 bedrooms

However, the old projects (and all HANO properties, for that matter) look like regular houses nowadays.

I get the whole gentrification process but I’m baffled why someone would build this house there. From the layout to the location, it makes no sense
