How? What? Who?
Surly this story is written to get clicks and they were arrested for another reason not stated in the article. How can anyone get arrested anywhere for using any type of slur or word? Disturbing the peace? Maybe but that’s for disturbing the peace. Not what was used or said to disturb it? Hate crime? What crime was committed? Saying a Word isn’t a crime and there are no laws on the books. How is one booked for a saying a word? Hate crime? Is that a stretch by someone with wishful thinking? Again, did these kids get arrested for simply saying a word on film?? What’s that charge exactly?

These are exactly the issues we have been saying are coming down the pipe and we were told to keep these topics off of the OT because we were conspiracy theorists.

My kids have never heard that word. But these little freaks obviously come from poor redneck stock so I don't know if it's necessarily their fault.
Either way, these kids fricked with the bull so now it's time for the horns. I don't know if it warrants an arrest but they probably definitely deserve some guff from the school. Jail time though?

The police who arrested these kids should be ashamed. The school administrator cheering it is an idiot. Any citizen of this country that approves of this should be ashamed.

Unless this is them airdropping a video of themselves saying, "everyone come help us get these n^*% right here," those charges are outrageous. What ever happened to a talking to and make kid apologize? Jesus. This is is very imbalanced and dystopian.

Probably should look for a connection between him and the students: they make a video, he arrests with bogus charges, they sue, taxpayers pay, money gets shared down the road.
Ok I see he is a super, not LEO. Everything else I say still stands. Maybe he talked the local sheriff into trumped up charges.
