Curious thought- why would a car simply stopped in a parking lot be considered " suspicious "?
It seems this time there may have been some validity since the occupants were throwing things out of the vehicle and fled. But most likely 98% of the time there is nothing illegal going on.
Just seems odd an officer would check some random vehicle in a parking lot absent some other indicators.
