2 beers/day vs 1 cola. Which is worse?

Who dies faster on average?

Guy A: Drinks 2 light beers a day.

Guy B: Drinks 1 cola a day.

Because of High fructose corn syrup and plastics.

Look at the amish. They are self sufficient and eat organic.

check out how often they get cancer.

want to know what the life expectancy and leading cause of death in the amish is?

same as everyone else: 73/79 and heart disease.

people are just meant to die no matter what they do to prevent it.

Beer easily.

Typical beers have a fair amount of carbs on their own right.

Processing that ethanol also fricks with your metabolic pathways for a bit.

And don’t forget the phytoestrogens that stifle your metabolism in order to build your fat reserves, especially on your belly.
