Long overdue... Activist Dishonest Queen Judge Foxworth-Something finally got the boot.

She hopefully isn't the last one.

The entire BR judicial system needs a complete overhaul.

There are so many terrible judges over there that a purge would not even help. And it's creeping up to the First Circuit, so we are reaching the point of abandon ye, all hope is lost...

Surprising since Ciolino was her attorney and he normally gives better advice than that.

Justices Piper Griffin and John Michael Guidry recommended a suspension without pay for the remainder of Foxworth-Roberts' term, which expires in December 2026. Griffin said the decision "disrupts the public's choice for service in the judiciary." She noted none of the allegations involved decisions Foxworth-Roberts made from the bench.

The insurance company bootlickers can celebrate all they want. We still have three Justices dissenting.

Does she sound like someone listening to good advice? No doubt Dane gave it, but its reception is another story

I don’t think most folks realize how bad the 19th has gotten. It’s giving the CDC a run for its money as the worst venue.

Yes. And they run judicial election campaigns like congressional campaigns, i.e., only the people within a specific district can vote in the election. It's completely backwards because judges aren't "representatives" of their constituents; they are supposed to be neutral arbiters of the truth. Plus, even district court judges can make decisions that affect people and companies statewide; yet only those within a very small segment of the state are allowed to vote for those judges. If we are going to elect judges, they should be elected on at at-large basis.

What does someone like that do for a job after something like this occurs?

Not sure what kind of job you could even get due to being dismissed from a seat as a judge

Why was chairman of BR Republican Party, Woody Jenkins, whose daughter is first assistant to Louisiana SOS advising this judge in her political campaign? That where the fake valor came up…..

When your brand of justice is reliant upon judges like this, you are the problem.
