Actually, it is not unusual at all. I have had many people tell me they prefer the sweeping curves of the early C3's to the C2's as Big Block Stingray posted. I do respect the 67's appeal to collectors though.
Agree
As you know the C3's design was inspired the curves of a naked woman lying sideways. I much prefer curves to flat lines, but that's just my opinion.
In fact, the demand for the C3 has greatly increased, lots of top builders have recently built C3's for SEMA. Detroit Speed has one for their race car now. Several in the Optima Street Car racing series, ever one of those cars are $100k+.

I 've always had a soft spot for the later C1s - particularly '58 or '59 - not only American cars, but I think they're some of the most beautiful machines ever made by anyone.
I'm right there with you. One of my father's clients has a ' 58 Fuelie we built, and it probably one of the most beautiful Corvettes I have ever seen seen/driven.

I don't think the classic design will ever become dated.
How is yours doing? Did you get the paint on it?

Not yet, will start stripping it next month, decided to freshen up the interior while I'm at it. Problem with classics is a small project spirals out of control with "while I'm at it's."

That was my first car in HS 1973...same color! $1999 new...bought mine, 2 years old, for $750. Wanted a Camero...bought a Pinto. No bigger disappointment in my life

Every.friggin.time. Those little things added up at the bottom of the page can be an eye opener. Keep telling yourself "It's just a hobby!"

I'm sorry that you work somewhere that doesn't allow you to view a female's shoulder without considering it porn. Nothing has been stupid about my questions sweetheart, sorry you can't handle someone questioning your NSFW tags.
Did you not see that someone posted a pic of a girl in lingerie? You think that's "just some shoulders" to an employer who watches internet traffic? Come on man, be realistic

Nope I sure didn't see that, it didn't load on my computer. Which is why my original question was if your NSFW was due to the girl in your second picture, but you had to be too much of a prick to answer that question outright, but instead chose to call me a, and I quote "pussy boy." Had you said "no I put NSFW because such and such posted a photo of a girl in lingerie," I probably would've understood. You chose to be a smart arse though, so piss off Buttercup!

Absolutely gorgeous

This thread is subjective, my personal favorites are
‘69 Mustang
Or ‘70 Mustang
That’s just me, nothing wrong with the first gen Camaros.
They’re all neanderthal to drive now compared to any new performance car.

Friend on mine had this in high school. 1970 Torino Grand National Cobra Jet. It was great to drive. We bought used tires on Airline in front of Cortana Mall cause we smoked them fast. Sometime twice in a weekend.

No.
60s cars were crap.
Poor build quality, uneven performance, and folded up like beer cans in accidents.
Today's cars are lightyears better.
