Very sad. NO GOD would ever tell someone to kill. She was only trying to help OTHERS to cope. I didn’t know her (Stephanie) but I feel very sorry for anyone who knew her. My thoughts and prayers are with her friends and family.
As as for the parents and family of the 18 year old, I feel sad for them. They really look like an average family with lots of ties with LSU and Dunham. I hope they are not judged or harassed since most likely they had no idea of what their son was capable of. So thoughts and prayers to them as well as they try to get answers.

How fast was he going? I’d like to know why her car caught on fire.

If the gas tank is low on fuel the rest of the space is taken up with vapor.

Very volatile. It's better if rear ended in a crash to have a full tank.

Interesting. But with a truck hitting a Kia Soul at 90+ mph it would be a miracle if it didn’t burst into flames.

Don’t believe this ‘God told me to do it BS’

This kid isn’t insane...he’s an a-hole.

And there isn’t any chance to rehabilitate him.

I’m not arguing for his rehabilitation but the age, impulsive action, and “reasoning” fit with schizophrenia.

so they are going for the insanity defense?

This needs to be eradicated from our legal system. Who fricking cares if you are insane? More of a reason to be put down in my opinion. Do we really need to go easy on some psychopath who doesn’t have the ability to function as a human being?
