Give probably snuck in a girls house after midnight 20 times could have just as easily been me, kids go do shot like that it will never change, but the second u hear the word gun the gig is up ill take 3 month punishment over dying

A 14 year old doesn't have the legal authority to invite someone into a home she doesn't own. That authority can only come from the homeowner. And since she knew he wouldn't authorize it, the dead kid wasn't legally invited in

The intruder did not. He was invited in by a minor, who has no legal authority to do that. Otherwise your kids could dispose of your assets, and you couldn't object to it
