That idiotic city counsel just basically said we are going to pay out whatever settlement to the family even in a totally justified shooting, because of political purposes.
If this shooting isn't justified, literally no shooting is justified.
They should take guns away from all police and just arm them with non-lethal means, and see how that goes.

I think releasing the full body cam within 5 hours of the shooting is pretty fricking transparent.

There is no logic there. Because one slice to the neck and she’s bleeding out on the concrete and the cop still has to shoot and kill the knife attacker. Two people dead instead of one.

Three months ago multiple teens attacked another teen at Walmarks with a knife. Nobody stepped up to help the girl and she bled out by the customer service desk.
None of the attackers has any remorse, they bragged about the hit on social media.

At this point he was screwed no matter what, he did the right thing he is 100% justified, but considering the aftermath he shoulda just sat back grabbed some pop corn, and put who ever was still alive afterwards in handcuffs

Like is said in a thread I started last night
There is a certain percentage of people who believe committing violent crimes should be RISK FREE
They think there should be zero percent chance that someone gets killed by the police. Even when that person is about to stab someone else in the neck!
And they are being told by the media and politicians that they are correct.

Off the wall thought: If the girl who did the stabbing (and got shot) is the one who called the cops, was it all set up for a payday? She, and the others, just didn’t expect to die?
