Really sad and scary at the same time.
If you approach someone on your property at night you better not just have a weapon but be ready to use it.
The young murder will probably have to serve maybe five years in the juvenile system at the most. Then he will come out of the system as a bigger thug.

If I were the old lady’s husband and this were the case, I’d make it my final life goal to go out and find him after those 5 years and finish his arse off.

There is definitely a double standard. I hope the kid and his brother are tried as adults and the shooter goes to prison for the rest of his life. By 15 & 16 a kid knows right from wrong.

Violent crime like this in Baton Rouge/New Orleans/America is OVERWHELMINGLY a black thing. So it's relevant. If we were limited to white violent crime in Louisiana, it would be a very peaceful state. It's like discussing organized crime and being told to not mention Italians or meth labs and not being able to mention whites. We mention it because it's relevant. You shouldn't shush people who simply speak truth, even if that truth annoys you.
