When I read your title I thought a 15yo was shot and killed during a robbery not that he (the 15yo) was doing the robbing.

Poorly titled article and poorly written. Had to get to the end to see what all happened.

Three juvenile males attempted to break into a house and the home owner shot and killed one of them as they were at the door.

The other two suspects were arrested.

What day this happened is not clear since the article said it happened at 5:30 pm.

How the other two were apprehended was not mentioned. Why it is assumed that it was a burglary and not some other attempted crime like a home invasion or robbery is not stated in the article.

This is a shame. If he would have lived he could’ve been tried with a unanimous jury and gone free

Wonder if the DA will charge the other 2 accomplices with murder. I know if they were adults, they could be charged with murder but not sure how/if that law applies to juveniles.

Yeah, he didn't bring anything home from his excursion into the homes of innocent people, they are having a bad day.
