So, I'm the one who's stupid because I realize our culture isn't broken?

Sure, we have some issues, but our culture isn't broken.

UPDATE to TEXAS Shooting yesterday

A teenage girl was wounded at a Texas high school Monday morning after a 16-year-old suspect opened fire with a semi-automatic handgun, authorities said.

Police responded to a call of a shooting in the cafeteria at a high school in Italy, Texas, early Monday, Ellis County Sheriff Charles Edge said Monday afternoon. The report was called in for Italy High School at approximately 7:53 a.m., authorities said.

The suspect was confronted by a school district worker in the cafeteria and then fled before behind apprehended and taken into custody by authorities, Edge said.

If you can look at our society and not see it is going to shite, then not only are you stupid, you’re also blind.

You’re stupid because you can’t see it’s broken.

You’re stupid. It’s not an insult. It’s a stated fact. You are in fact stupid.

That could be part of it. But something has changed about people today.

1) People are lazy in all aspects of their lives. The first sign of adversity triggers a “my life is ruined” mentality. Things come too easily for most young people today...they don’t know how to deal with failure or rejection.

2) Citizens have been brainwashed into thinking their opinion means more than it should. When they aren’t taken seriously they become triggered.

3) We expect instant results. When it doesn’t happen depression sets in quickly.

The news media, social media, soft parenting, and lazy parenting are all equally at fault.

Why does "semi-automatic" need to be used a descriptor for a handgun? Aren't most semi-automatic?

Technically, most are. Even most revolvers (which is what i carry) are in essence semi-auto since all that is required is to pull the trigger and it will fire until all loaded ammo is expended.

Because there are tons of retarded people out there that think every gun is a fully-automatic, bazooka, flame thrower assault weapon with a dildo launcher attachment.

What’s changed is the zero tolerance for fighting policy. It used to be you and the bullies would fight it out. Now there is no recourse and with people’s ever increasing dependency on online socialization, it’s impossible to escape.

Now time for a csb:

In junior high I was picked on this group of kids who came from a different middle school than me. I had never been picked on before as I was a likeable kid, decent athlete, and came from a small school so it was really foreign to me.

They were especially mean in PE class but none of the bullying went past insults. One day during a game of flag football the biggest (also Ready fattest) kid went up to catch a pass over the middle. I went up and just about took off the kids head while trying to “break up the pass”. Knocked his arse down and he stayed down for a little while in pain.

I didn’t mean to do it as a scare tactic or anything but from that moment on they left me alone.

Whole point of the story is this; I was picked on, i stood up for myself, and showed the bullies if they were going to keep picking on me, it would get physical. I know I would have gotten my arse whooped in the 8th grade but I wasn’t going to sit and take it.

Now there is a legit chance I could have gotten in trouble for my actions. The bullies would have kept picking on me, and it would have made highschool hell

That's an impressive melt.

Why are you so offended? Can't even talk like an adult, just calling me stupid, which shows your true stupidity.
