At what point would that thing have killed her or at least ripped her open? Couldn’t have been much longer

How much does a tumor like that grow from your nutrition and how much from your current body? I'm guessing she was eating like a horse to support the growth?

When I was a med student we had a patient that had a kidney tumor the size of a turkey.

He had had weight loss surgery a few years prior. Everyone thought that he was just putting the weight back on so it went undiagnosed for many months. Sad.

As a resident, we had a similar sized tumor in an 11 year old female. Her family assumed she was pregnant.

A lot of the tumor is fluid weight.

I’ve never understood shite like this. Like where was it when it was 50 lbs or 100 lbs. how the hell does this stuff get this out of control with no intervention?
