If you did a decent job of planning it you should have a great trip.

Bourbon Trail at Disney Springs ... You're Welcome

Biggest mistake we made was trying to cram too much into each day. Take your time, stay chill and enjoy. You’ll have PLENTY of fun

I used to take kids every year. This is what I can remember.
Get Orlando undercover and a few other Disney apps.
Bring cheap rain ponchos from dollar tree. At least two per person.
Bring walkie talkies if you have them. Cell phone service is ok for some companies hard for others.
Do I am lost if you find me call my dad notecards, put them in every bad and around every kids neck or safety pinned to his clothes.
Comfortable shoes, fishing shirts with flaps lots of pockets, quick drying, shorts.
Those little pouches that go around your neck. Fanny pack is awesome. Portable battery chargers for your phone, plus cords and plug ins.
Antiseptic spray, sunblock, (yes even now), blister pads for your feet, wireless headphones, etc

I think you mean fat chicks plural. They tend to have trouble steering when they have a turkey leg from
Frontier land in each hand.

There are worse things.
Embrace the horror.
Appreciate the Nazi-like efficiency.
Remember the absolute joy your kids will experience...

YES. The most important thing to do is to leave around noon and TAKE A NAP TAKE A NAP TAKE A NAP
After 3 pm, return. More leaving than coming in after that.
Watch fireworks from on top of Contemporary. No crowds there.
Been 6x with kids.

Do the fast pass
We did and never waited longer than 20 minutes for the big rides.
eta: Use the Disney App to coordinate it all. You can hit other rides with less wait times in between the fast pass use. The app gives you the average wait times at the rides. It's best to put all the tickets on one phone when doing this so you get the same fast pass times, if you are wanting to experience the park as a group that is.

This is a very underrated attribute of Disney. Years ago, I had gone to Disney and watched super long lines move with relative ease. Then I went to Six Flags Over Georgia and watched mountains of inefficiency where 30 people waiting for a ride would result in a 20 minute wait.

It’s the ones without kids that you have to pray for. I have no idea why two childless adults would ever want to spend time in Disney when you can travel the world. Epcot doesn’t count

Take a high limit credit card. You will need it.

Saw a Tim tracker video, I think a beer is like $15. Worse than a ballgame.
