NOLA. This is a super high end neighborhood.

A man was fatally shot near Audubon Park in the 6300 block of Perrier Street late Tuesday night, New Orleans police said.

Authorities reported the man's death around midnight. Initially, police said the incident was a double shooting involving two men shot, but they corrected it to reflect only one victim was shot dead just before 11:30 p.m.

This is Audubon Park in Calhoun and now it’s reported that one is dead. Hope it’s not a resident.

I would be shocked if this were anything other than domestic.

Def sounds like it, especially this line.

“They said the victim was a young adult male, and they were told by police this act was not a random shooting”

I've lived near Audubon for 18 months now (with 6 more months to go) and honestly, it's safer than living or hanging out near Government St in Baton Rouge.
