You should still be in your physical prime at 31

Late 20s through early 30s is as good as it's going to get brother.

Here’s the test.

Go to a pool or whirlpool.

Enter.

Exit while monitoring your balls.

If your balls clear the water before your knees, you aren’t old.

I have always said that life before 40 is way different than life after 40. Joint pain, ear hair, faster growing eyebrows, back hair just to name a few. Sex has less of a priority.

40...it’s when I started having multiple doctors and doctor appointments scheduled for six months in advance.

Hey I didn't say anything about physical readiness! I'm good there; it's just the drinking I was talking about. 31 vs 21 aint the same

Once I hit 60 I felt it, however, I started walking a lot and now go to the gym and toss some weights, work on flexibility, and I don’t feel the olds anymore.

I’m in my early 40s, but in some ways i feel better & younger than i did in my late 20s... i think drinking has *a lot* to do with it; i dont drink anymore, was a light drinker throughout my mid-late 30s and just realized in the last couple of years that there wasnt any upside for me.. saps your energy, hangovers last for days, sometimes harder to perform sexually and then you have to worry about driving, Ubering etc.

Also i eat somewhat better now (less fast food)... and i workout, not a ton but very consistently .. mostly cardio; i don’t give a shite anymore about having big muscles, i just want to avoid having a big gut.

Sometime around 33 I started waking up in the morning with random aches and stiff muscles.

Around 36 is when I felt like I might pull a back muscle from a sneeze.

My libido is still like when I was 15 though.

When I hit 60. Realized I was way closer to the end than the beginning.

I am 50 in two weeks. I don't feel old too often. I stopped doing foolish shite like getting drunk very often, as hangovers are brutal.

Aside from having to shake my pecker about 20 times after peeing to make sure I dont have piss in my pants and taking about 30 seconds to stand upright when I get out of bed I could keep up with anybody.

I pretty vividly remember my dad's 30th birthday. I'm 30 now. Not sure if old is the right way to frame it, but being an age at which I remember my dad is pretty surreal.

That is the way I viewed 40. I remember my Moms 40th birthday and my parents 25 year HS reunion. I thought they were old then.

First time I felt old was when I realized I was older than Bruce Willis was in Die Hard.

Now I feel old because I feel like I could possibly injure myself when I sneeze.

I'm 42 and I still mentally feel like I did in High School. I mean same personality just with greater responsibilities.

I'm a very active 41. When I turned 40 I injured my knee playing flag football. Wasn't serious but it did require a few months of PT. Up to that point I had never really had any injury requiring treatment. It was certainly a wakeup call that I am not as young as I used to be.
