I recently turned 34 and I’m starting to feel it a bit. Lots of back and shoulder pain, get treated by a chiro once a week. Couldn’t function without that.
My knee recently started giving me issues, clicks and pops when I walk or squat, thinking it’s arthritis. Just got orthotics for my shoes.
Grey starting to show up in my beard and pubes.
Don’t stay up past 10:30 anymore.
I have a 6 year old and a 4 year old that have doubled my aging process lol

When I turned 40.

I woke up that morning and my knee hurt for no reason. That's when I realized I was getting old.

There is no greater wake up call to old age, than the first time you sit on your own balls.

The 22-24 year old teachers had a “funny haha” conversation at lunch about me being too old to sit with them. But I was “still cool” enough to even though I was “totally a dad.”

Felt pretty fricking old then. Turn 35 in six weeks.
