No, but I’m smart enough to identify a troll account, but you’re not smart enough to do that, evidently.

TigerBait2008 is just a troll account that just randomly pops into threads and shits on other people’s posts. It doesn’t produce any original content of its own. It only mocks other people’s content and talks shite.

Therefore, I don’t bother engaging in conversation with it anymore. I only give it the middle finger emoji when it comments on one of my posts..

Most would agree with the OP, WWL is Saints controlled media.

Because NOLA is a small market the Saints cannot afford to lose the narrative on how great they are run or risk season ticket holder decline. WWL has to tow the line and Saints Report has paid for interns to defend Airline Dr decisions on the board 24/7.

This board gives you a real sentiment on Saints fans level of frustration.

keep seeing this about our roster being old. Cam was basically benched this year. Chase and Granderson got majority of the snaps at end. DD and Honey Badger are the only two players in their 30s starting. Everyone on offense outside of Carr is under 30.

The Saints roster is one of the oldest in the league. That is a fact and not an opinion.

You will be able to hire someone willing to cash a paycheck.

Mike McCarthy is an example of that.

But, anyone who actually wants to solve the problems of this organization has to face the reality and accept that it's a 2-3 year process before you can really even start.

That's the truth. Until the cap issues are solved, the Saints are an OLD team without a viable way of solving that problem.

I think mdomingue was commenting on the fact that I gave TigerBait2008 the middle finger.

I explained in another post that TigerBait2008 is just a troll account that does nothing but shite on everyone else. It doesn’t make any original posts. Therefore, I don’t give that account any replies anymore except for the middle finger emoji.

Understand. Your original point is spot on as this board is the only thing standing between Gayle and Mickey from having total control over Saints fans’ minds.

Agreed. But we were close with Brees. Once he retired we should have stopped the restructures.

We Def should have stopped after Brees and Payton were gone. Mickey kept it going when he should have started a rebuild.

Troll account or not, he is right that your posts are often laughable. I am smart enough to know that.

But let me add that I may be feeling a bit snarky this morning. My posts are also probably often laughable.

I do not think the Saints are a bad landing spot and not nearly the worst. A coaching candidate who insists and gets control of the roster would be in a great position in two years and would get two years or more because ownership has proven itself patient (possibly close to disinterested except for the fact that Gayle took notice of the grumbling about Allen midseason).

ETA: I do agree that WWL is probably overtly positive regarding the Saints, but I do not listen to them so I don't know that specifically. But that is not unusual in the world of sports broadcasting. Especially if there is not a well-established personality like Buddy D who can hold his own with an organization like an NFL franchise.

Hope you’re right. I would be happy to be wrong, but I just don’t see it.

Well when you starting three guys on defense in their mid 30’s, it’s going to bring the average age of your team up.
It’s basic math….

I’m sure we were the only team in the league doing this….

Lions don’t have any normal starters on defense over 30, the eagles have one.

And you are right not to see it. This team has old stars and a front office that has created this financial hole. What established HC is gonna want to try to navigate good seasons in this mess? No coach worth anything that's for sure.

Mickey insists on a little ring kissing from the media. Check out Saints report, you are not allowed to speak negatively about the Front Office

As long as Loomis is still the GM, I have 0 faith that the Saints organization will ever get back to even middle of the pack. I fully expect Loomis to hire the biggest dud for HC and will do absolutely nothing about the cap hell they are in. He needs to cut ties with so many of these old washed up players to free up cap space but he won’t do it. Delusional doesn’t even begin to describe Loomis

In actuality, the Saints are a dumpster fire, and they look like they will be for many years to come at this rate.

This was basically the same exact thing said before the Saints hired Payton. The media all agreed that NOLA was the worst place to coach due to its performance history and devastation from Katrina. Look what had happened less than a year later.

Not saying we can be the next Washington, but its not all doom and gloom.

The reality is there are only 32 job available so it is desirable just because lack of options. We have a owner who gives you a long leash. Also a positive.
Now the negatives
Cap hell
no qb
Aging defense
Inept gm
Poor drafting
