Probably a better idea to trade back and accumulate picks. But that means we will probably trade up for a guard.

Wait 1 more year - bite the bullet and allow yourself to get out of salary cap hell. Play out this next year allowing the team to fail knowing DA and Mickey are going to be fired and a new regime brought in with an unbelievable amount of draft capital going into next year and a new slate with your salary cap.
