Players actually love OBJ, it’s coaches and fans that have issues with him.

In theory, they compliment each other well since they do totally different things for the most part.

This is accurate, in theory. We’d need both guys to check their egos at the door AND get solid QB play for it to work. I’m not so sure we get any of those with what we currently have.

I’m not certain Beckhams new deal extends past this season anyway

Nonetheless, Odell needs to be honest with who he is. He’s a long ways from the guy he was in NY. He’s not good enough to be force fed targets like he thinks. If he was still that guy he wouldn’t have only two 100 yards games in 23 games with the browns

MT won’t play for the Saints next year, he’s trying to get traded.

They are both very talented, but huge bitches. Seems like it would probably bring locker room issues to a team seems to not have an issue in the locker room.

Thomas has never complained about not getting the ball enough, so i doubt it would be an issue for him

MT catches so far per season:
92
104
125
149
40 (injured)

We have yet to see Thomas in a scenario with catchable targets (or lack thereof) like OBJ was getting these last few years.

The question isn't "do they want to share the field", the question is "Do they want to share their portion of the salary cap?" The answer is no.
