- Which players are the Falcons going to trade? They are already terrible, and If they end up doing this deal, their already terrible roster will be decimated to the point of no return

- They are terrible and losing picks sets them back even further

- QB market won’t move, saints already have a good roster, at worst they are left with their picks and cap space

- the falcons will not be relevant for years as Watson has proven he cannot carry bad rosters

As long as the QB market remains on pause we are ok. If it doesn’t we are royally fricked. It’s concerning.

It just takes 1-2 guys or teams to just say “frick this I’m moving on”.

This is a top 5 qb and not one reciever to throw to and I would assume Pitts is going in the trade.
Watson can go to Atlanta and be a loser or go to the saints and win

It’s wild… he could spend the next three years running for his life. If ATL whiffs on too many players it could literally shorten his career

Any new stuff about this?

Ryan would still have to change hands. Mayfield, Garrapolo. Jamies, Mariota. At the absolute worst you have Taysom. If we lose on Watson it could open up an upgrade to Winston

No, Maye and watson’s names were the extent of the “intel”

Worst case scenario Jimmy G is still on the table if Winston walks after Watson picks Atlanta. Far from ideal but whatever.

Watson will get some players to sign later at a discount if he proves his worth.

At the end of rgw see day the falcons offer doesn't mean shite. Watson gets to pick where he goes. We can offer more but he has to want to be here.

Doesn’t mean anything. This happens constantly. They print promo stuff in anticipation of something happening so they can be ready to distribute when it does. If it does not then they destroy it. It’s nothing more than the saints being prepared.

I think Jameis is the best bet of those 4 for NOLA.

I'm in the minority, I know, but I do think Mariota is better than he is currently perceived and if he lands at the right place people may be wondering how they all missed on the dude.

Of course he could also make a lot of people say I told you so

Saints aren’t walking away. Only fans are saying that at the moment.

Saints are committed to the trade at this point.
