Well first of all he’s dead. Monte Kiffin a great NFL coach just recently passed.

1. He’s never won anything but acts like he invented football
2. Players would not take him seriously
3. His offense is a college offense that would not be as effective in the pro game ( think Spurrier with Washington)
4. His attitude would create issues with the front office
He gets to do whatever he wants in Oxford. That would not be the case in the pros and he would react poorly

You want to hire a coach whose only NFL experience is as the HC with a .25 winning percentage for the Raiders and a slightly better than mediocre college head coaching career. You just fired a guy whose previous NFL HC resume was .222 winning percentage for the Raiders but then at least went on to be a very well respected defensive coordinator in the NFL.
I think the burden is on you to explain why Kiffin if you want him as the HC.
