Also, when need Taysom to come in for a play and throw the ball.

So obvious every time he enters the game it’s a Kamara or Hill run.

I think Teddy better get used to the idea of using his feet to keep from getting sacked about a dozen times. Also , the middle of our defensive line better be ready for the runs by Elliott and Dak .And to think we're only a 2.5 point dog w/o Drew. We would have been favored w/him.

True, but could the point be made that if he were demonstrating the ability to improve the teams chances for success, he would be getting more opportunities? It isn't as if Sean doesn't have a history of getting multiple backs involved in a game. In fact, the Rams game would have been the ideal type of game to play a more ball controlled/heavy running scheme after Drew went out. I would find it very hard to believe that if Ingram was still on the team, he would have as few opportunities as Murray and have as minimal of an impact if his opportunities were as limited.

So you are saying Sean Payton doesn't have a history of using multiple backs during a game and/or scheming to get the ball to talent/playmakers? If Murray demonstrated that he earned opportunities, he would get those opportunities.

Cook has been a disappointment because he has wasted a lot of opportunities. Murray isn't getting his name called and that should be telling in a Sean Payton offense. It isn't as if Sean is stashing away Murray's talent in a Les Miles type secret playbook.

They have had plenty of time and opportunity to see what Murray can bring to the table during the preseason. He isn't getting the ball for a reason and that reason isn't because Sean Payton forgot how to incorporate talent into his scheme.

Yeah limited sample size... VERY limited... but I think every time, right? (in the TB era, anyway)

Murray has not been bad at all with the limited touches. Cook will be just fine. Before the season is ove, you will second guess this post :-)

they haven't been great, and while it's still early, i think it's more of us fans having such high expectations for these guys coming into our system, which is already very good...

Pro-Bowl TE and former 1st team, very productive RB... why not expect them to perform, at least, at that level within our system with Drew at QB...

that hasn't panned out quite yet, however, the season is still young, and i'll give them at least the 1st half of their 1st season with the club before I lablel them the next Jairus Byrd...
