Tyjae isn’t lighting the world on fire, but he was available and plays unlike Kendre. Stats similar to Jamaal.

Devon Achane (fast AF)
Puka Nakua (would be our best WR)
Josh Downs (would be great as a WR3)
Kobie Turner (10 sacks as a DT)
Yaya Diaby (8.5 sacks last year)

One that hurts today is taking Foskey at 40 when Keion White was still there. He is killing it for the Pats and Foskey is a healthy scratch.

The Notre Dame bust was drafted 40th.

Could’ve traded that pick for a first in 2025.

Must be 4D chess by Loomis.

These melts are incredibly stupid and shortsighted. Please show me the NFL team that has a 100% success rate on draft picks. Otherwise stop whining.

If you want to criticize draft classes by year, then you have a more valid complaint. Cherry picking individual picks on the other hand is pure silliness.

Achane is the only name you need to know.

If I were an NFL GM or owner, I would literally always draft Samoans if they were close to being at the top of my board. Those guys are just different. They take to football like Germans take to engineering or Jews take to finance

Puka is good. But on IR.
Liked Achane and never saw Turner blowing up at DT.

Well we had Samson, who showed some play making ability and contested catch ability……..and we cut him (so AT Perry can be a healthy scratch)

Here ya go. I also caught a lot of heat from the know it alls on here..
They look pretty stupid now.

The one that still pisses me off is passing on Branch for Fosky. We have a need at safety and nickel corner.

A draft with Breese, Brsnch and Achane would have been one of our better ones the last ten years.

Branch or White was who I said I wanted in the draft thread.

quote:

Grade: D+ Sturdy EDGE who does not play to his measured athleticism. Slow burst off the line. Rushes are high and lack leverage. Pass-rush move arsenal is lacking. Better edge setter than pass rusher. This is way too early.

This CBS guy should be a scout. This was his write up on Fosky after the draft. First thing I noticed about Fosky, just way to slow off the snap. No burst at all.

Is there any player you wanted to draft that didn’t end up being good?

I saw Achane tear LSU up to shreds I knew he could be a weapon with the right OC.

Every LSU fan knew Achane was the best RB in that draft.

Nacua was harder to predict and who knows how he’d do in a different offense.
