What's the least you would trade Lattimore for?

Just a conversation thread. Would you trade him for a higher 2nd round pick?
Pick 1.25?
I understand it leaves us a bit of a hole but we do have cap shite to situate and make a few tough choices.

Probably a late 1st. I think an early 2nd is fair value for him, but we need him this year. The only way I would do it is if the other team overpaid us for him.

A 1st. Or multiple 2nd and thirds. We need picks.

You don't give away shutdown corners in their primes. the Rams gave up two first round picks and a 4th round pick for Jalen Ramsey. I would expect a first and third for him at a minimum. I know he isn't in the same class as Ramsey, but he is worth more than a late first rounder.

I agree with this. The team's cap situation is not as desperate as a lot of people are making it out to be, there will not be a "fire sale". I doubt Latt is even on the market, especially considering this team's history with not being able to have 2 CBs that are at least above average at the same time.
The tricky part for ML is that there are a lot of players on the team with expiring contracts over the next 1-2 years. That is a major reason why the cap number is so large. There are 58 player currently under contract for '21; but only 31 under contract for '22. Contrary to how the team likes to deal with expiring contracts, he has at least 25 players that he can look to extend past just the '21 season. And then they can also look to continue to restructure a handful or players to push their cap hits down the road.

Lattimore is in his prime. He is hardly a shut down corner unless it's Mike Evans.

You're going to get downvoted, but this is the truth. And I bet those downvoting are the same ones complaining about him after those off games he seems to have.

I think we're going to see a complete year from Lattimore this year. Every year he's played...he's been elite at times. His best year was his rookie year & he was elite basically that entire year. Since then, he's been very sporadic with his level of play.
He always plays well against Mike Evans & always plays good at the end of the season.
He needs to come into training camp in perfect shape, & with the mentality that he has something to prove. It's like he knows that he's physically superior to everyone, & he just expects to get by off that alone. He needs to be trained by Jerry Rice on how to stay elite. As funny as it sounds...his natural physical attributes blow Jerry Rice's out of the water. Rice just worked harder than everyone else.
Personally, I think he's too young & talented to get rid of. He can easily be a top 5 CB if he puts in the work. I have no proof, but I think he dicks around in the off-season & I think he absolutely hates Mike Evans. Evans probably hates him more though.

I hate that we’re not resigning him. All I can think of is how bad our secondary was before we got him.

I’d trade Lattimore and Davenport for Russel Wilson.

Lol they will resign him moron

Rather keep Jackrabbit then overpay to keep Lattimore

We are thin enough at that position anyway. Unless he is part of a deal for a top notch QB I am keeping him.

Same way i feel
Only way i trade him is if a team over pays or for a top qb like wilson.

I would love to get a Jalen Ramsey payout for him...but not everyone loves giving away 1sts like the Rams. '
A first and 2nd would be nice I guess.
