Packers traded Bruce Clark to Saints for 1983 first round pick (#11-Tim Lewis) on 1982-06-10

Yep. Him or clay Matthews would be nice right about now in the 3-4. Much better than Malcolm

I'm just pointing out that George wasn't as good as many people like to think.

Marvin Harrison, Ray Lewis, and Brian Dawkins are all guys who would have been better names to throw out there.

I'd still get Ingram.

But I'd trade three firsts for him.
That way it doesn't feel like such an unfair steal.

I'm not going to change any aspect of the 2009 team because for smoe unknown reason it might not result in a championship.

so I'm going to go with gronk > prob

You guys thought gronk and hernandez were tough to defend? good luck beating gronk and jimmy. pick your poison.

You have a lot more faith in your powers than I do.

i mean every single player that year had an impact that may or may not have been replaced one way or another. I'm not jeopardizing our only superbowl for a chance to win multiple, lol.

Even though I'm pretty sure making sedrick ellis into jerod mayo might have made our LB group exponentially better and probably would have won us more than just one. lol

I don't remember the Sapp draft, offhand, so I can't comment on that.

Teams don't usually draft the same position several times at the top of the draft. Instead of taking LT, the Saints took George Rogers (the Heisman winner and a 1000 yd back), and followed up by getting Rickey Jackson the next round (if I remember right). So, in the grand scheme of things, the Saints took Rogers and Jackson INSTEAD of Taylor. I wouldn't change that.

Like someone else said, Arien Foster in a late rd would have been nice.

This season, Da'Rick Rodgers might have been a good late pick, based on talent.Probably a better WR than Stills physically, and you could have made other moves.

Maybe. But I think Vaccaro is going to work out...that dude is around the ball all the time.
