And the crazy thing is, Hundley would start for 36 teams in the NFL.

Gone are the days where the Saints make backup QBs look like Joe Montana.

That said, Hundley has some tools they can work with. He's an athlete for sure.

He needs finger-less gloves.

Hey I like crawley alot but he was grabbing all day today and that one play where he held the entire play.
Once he stops holding he will be good

Agreed. He's still an udfa in his 2nd year. He still needs to clean up the holding & also needs to tackle better. That being said, he's been covering his guy like a legit #2 CB all year(you never see him get burned). He's going to make mistakes throughout the year, but I think the good outweighs the bad. We could do a lot worse at CB than Crawley, & there are plenty of teams that would gladly take him as their #2 CB. We're also paying him peanuts.

More like a college qb. It was his 1st start. He was overwhelmed. Glad to see the Saints didn't let him look like an all pro today.

Hundley was playing not to lose the game......but he ended up throwing the interception to end the game.....you can only protect your qb soo much to win in the nfl.

Facts won't stop Breauxmo from stroking his ego on a message board about how great he is. It's a fruitless venture to even try to talk reason to him.

Lattimore has a chance to be elite and looks like he is on the way there. Crawley has the chance to be Kenan Lewis, extremely solid and more than serviceable as the #2 CB

He had one BS call against him, but got away with a lot more than that the entire game. He relies on grabbing onto the WR way to much and does not know how to adjust when the refs start calling it.

Yep

He's obviously not quite ready or not good enough or both..but it was still good to see our pass defense make him look that way too.

The pass defense of old, it wouldn't have been the least bit surprising for a guy like Hundley to look competent and have a decent game, so this was a positive for sure.
