Don't know about Vitt and the X's & O's but I did enjoy hearing that the team has no quit in them. They will continue to play very tough, wont feel sorry for themselves, have their eyes on another championship, they will play tough defense and break the will of the opponent. The team is still together has faith in one another, and still believes in each other.

Don't listen to it on any ESPN site. A friend of mine told me that they interrupted it to remind everyone about "Bountygate" and the latest bullshite

I've been wating for a long, long time to hear something like I heard from Vitt this afternoon. Damn, I'm fired up now.
As for you NegaSainters regarding Shanle
for time being. Let's see I'm going to take your opinion over Vitt
Highlights from the conference for me:
- "Our players never intentionaly injured anyone."
- I have worked with Mickey Loomis for 17 years and these wiretaqpping assertions are ludicrous, juvenile, and not at all a reflection of Mickey's integrity.
- I am NOT the Coach. I am like a substitute teacher.
- Regarding the Bountygate situation and suspensions - "It is what it is. We will move forward."
- No city has loyal fans like we do and we will be responsible to them.
- Things are in place. The last thing Sean told us was, "You each have a job to do. Do your job."
- We have acquired players in the off-season because they WANT to be here. We have built a culture of character and players around the league know that and want to be a part of that.
- We will be ready to play and will give all we have for 16 games.
- Full bore ahead. It is our responsibility to physically reduce the will of any opponent and that WILL NOT CHANGE!
There was more and I highly recommend any Saints fan to listen to it in it's entirety.
I, for one, direly needed to hear this. I have been jonesin' to hear anything from Saints Camp worthy for a few months now. I got what I wanted and am pumped!
Casillas WAS signed today.

A depth chart in April means Jack and shite.
The Lofton and Hawthorne will be starting at LB on opening day. I guarantee you (barring injury).

The whole FO is gay, and Shanle has pictures of it. There's no other explanation.

Yep, and when Vilma comes back, if anything, he would move to the WILL and Hawthorne to the SAM. Lofton is easily the best MLB we have on the team and he shouldn't be moved.
Plus making Shanle the starter now is almost certainly a motivational tool for the younger Chamerlain and Tez.

I'm done bashing the guy to be honest, I don't see the point anymore. After hearing Vitt speak, like I said, I'd run through a wall for the man

Very good press conference.

Where's all the Vitt haters?
Posted on 4/24/12 at 5:58 pm to goatmilker
There are a lot of question marks regarding Vilma at this point. They need to be answered. Vitt says that they will practice and plan to move forward with what they have now. Changes and adjustments are a certainty at this point of any team - any season.

He had me fired up too! I never heard vitt before today. I am totally impressed.
