The Saints have had the same field design for TWENTY YEARS now

Very stagnant and unexciting to fans, players, and potential free agents imo. Longest drought in NFL history (at least from the early 1970's onward) from my research to date.
Here was the last game in which the Saints had black end zones and a helmet logo at midfield - nearly TWENTY years ago (Week 15 in December 2002)
It's bold, it's vibrant - sure the "gold" is atrocious but that could easily be fixed.
Here's the next season (and every game of every season since played at home in the Superdome). Le sigh.
Imagine owning a $4.5 billion asset that is the economic engine and rallying cry of an entire city and being too frugal to drop $2500 on paint and labour to maximize your brand.

They're idiots. What I'm trying to do is use my contacts at Nike to force a league wide collaboration with the Swoosh to let Nike design the fields and coordinate them with the uniforms like youve seen happen in the NBA. Would be so much better anyway but it's not even being considered for this season. Not even a slam dunk that alternate helmets will be allowed after all (Bucs throwbacks in jeopardy again). The NFL is so dumb in some ways.

There are no mental health counselors available in the Pacific Northwest and haven't been for over a year now.

I can agree with changing the endzone up a little bit but the helmet at midfield is kinda lame looking to me. The colts have it and I hate it lol

F@#k Nike and their woke asses.

Nike is less woke than people think. No vaccine mandates from Nike for salaried employees and Phil Knight is always among largest donors in OR for every prominent Republican candidate in recent years.
They are a business and correctly identified what the most valuable segment of their customer base wanted re: BLM etc. I don't love it but they made the right calls in almost every respect.

Your shtick about the colors and uniforms and field design is old. Find something new. At this point pats just really aggravating noise now.

You're victim blaming - its not my fault Saints marketing is making NFL history through laziness

Definitely doesn't have to be the helmet. I'd love to see Sir Saint like on opening day at Tulane Stadium in 1967 or maybe the state of LA patch like during Mora years. Maybe keep FDL but add a gold outline instead of just white and black. At the very least triple stripe midfield (black white and gold). NFL shield would be cool as well - it's a nice reminder that this is high stakes stuff.

Imagine claiming to be all MAGA yet trying to do business with Nike. You're all over the place, you weirdo

I know this is all a schtick but I actually agree with you on this one. Nothing wrong with having a more aesthetically pleasing viewing experience.

2002 Vikings game? Ugh horrible loss. 32-31. And then lost final 2 games to miss postseason.

Maybe I’m misremembering but was that the game where Culpepper ran a draw for the game winning TD when it was obvious to everyone he was doing that. God Haslett teams had the strangest lapses.
With that said, I wouldn’t mind seeing some type of gold colored jersey again, maybe akin to the color rush style. And to be clear, it should NOT replace the white color rush uniforms as they are the best ones in the league.

To be honest it shouldn’t be paint and it doesn’t have to be. They make different color turf, any colors you want. When a bowl game is played they would simply cut the turf at the seam at the goal line and replace it with whatever design you want. Then cut and paste again.

I like the Sir Saint idea as well. I also feel he needs to be updated a bit

Here's a SirWinston-worthy End Zone design...
