He could be a Jimmy Graham-style threat
Stephen Sullivan would be more of a Jimmy comparison.
But even thats not even close.

Thadd is great, would love him in B&G, but their games aren't all that similar besides pass catching TE. Thadd had 4 TDs and I don't remember a jump ball threat (which might not be his fault).
Moss would be more shockey than jimmy. He does a great job finding the soft spot in zones and sitting. He’s also a VERY underrateD blocker. He plays low on his blocks and explodes, often dominating his man and setting the edge.
He has above average speed at the position and will run a 4.6 or so, and is a PITA to tackle. His hands are very good and he uses his body well to shield defenders from the ball. He catches the ball at the highest point, with his hands extended from his body.
His knock is that he is 6’3. That is big for a WR, but today’s dominant TEs are 6’5 and up. That doesn’t mean that Moss cannot he a good if not great TE in the NFL. Pairing him with cook in 2 TE sets with Murray in the backfield would be brutal for offenses. It would
Force teams into their base and the Saints could really exploit that. With someone like Kamara, teams may be forced to play nickel, which will take one more big hat out of the box, and Moss would devour light LBs and CB/S who attempt to shed blocks.
He’s a 3rd round guy who will make an impact on a fortunate team. I would love to see him in the dome on sundays.

He’s more in the mold of Dallas Clark, but not as big. He’s fast enough and really physical.

Moss is a way better blocker. Mid late round pick. With that said I don’t fret too much on draft day. The saints almost always draft well. A few misses since 06 but we have drafted a lot of talent so I trust the front office to bring in the guys we need.

Why?
Didn't get drafted. Doesn't prove he isn't good.
Still think he would be great in the Saints offense.

He is short and slow. Will be a slightly better josh hill bc he can block and catch but is not a mismatch guy as a receiver

He's 6'5 with a 36 inch vert and ran a 4.6 at the combine. He also has freakishly long arms. Everyone knows Sullivan was an uber gifted athlete.

A few seasons ago Sullivan high pointed a ball on a Hail Mary before half against SLU. That play made me think he would for sure get some attention. The fact that he can out jump nearly every corner gives him value in the red zone. May not translate to a roster spot immediately (or ever), but for sure more upside than a slow and small TE.

Well we drafted another TE, so no.

Thad had defenders blanketing him on a fairly regular basis while playing in an offense with 3 1st round WRs in college
he is not special in terms of physical talent. his hand and eye coordination is off the charts and he knows how to shield using his body.
he can be a functional depth TE but he needs to be in an offense with a QB that can put the ball on him...not sure why he chose the Redskins/Haskins.
