Jameis

Get it done and go best WR on board in the draft.

It’s really that simple.
Assuming Loomis and Ireland sort the cap out with minimal cuts, we are right back in it. Hopefully Taysom can return in his normal wildcard role.

Parting with draft capital to get him would be beyond dumb.

Winston would be my pick. If Jimmy G were a FA it would be a coin flip with a slight edge to Winston just because he'll already have the basics of the offense.

I don't trust Wentz or Trubisky.

Either way, there is no one in FA, available for trade (at a realistic price), or in the draft that I see this team trying to build around for the next 10+ years.

Was always going to be Winston... you're just seeing the last few shiny object distractions being stripped away.

Bridgewater. Don’t see him returning to Denver. Give me Winston though.

Starting to think Trubisky would be our best option. He is more accurate than Jameis, which is very important in a defense first team approach. Mitch is capable of all the throws needed in the NFL, and can scramble more than Jameis. It's not like he was just awful in Chicago, but he did have an awful offensive scheme and coach though. Mitch would be cheaper than Jameis too. Grab Sam Howell in the 2nd round and we have a tar heel QB room for a few years.

Jameis has the most potential out of this group if you ask me.

Probably the order you listed them. Hope we get Jameis locked up. With the draft and FA classes there are going to be some teams who are disappointed in what they end up with.

It depends on compensation.

I'd take Wentz for free over Garrapolo for a high pick(s).

Trubisky and Winston are about the same to me. The unknown makes me want Trubisky. I'm pretty down on Winston.

If I could get Jimmmy Garrapolo for a 2nd rounder I'd probably do it.

The Wilson trade may muddy the water keeping Winston. JG only if SF releases him which is doubtful. Until Carmichael proves himself out of Sean’s shadow, NO is not a first choice for a quality QB. Starting to look like a draft choice will get the nod imo.
