Is adding the Texans to his suit since they didn’t hire him but they hired another black coach instead. But his lawsuit is because the NFL is racist. They also had a black coach before Lovie. This guy will never get a HC job again. So last two coaches they hired were of color but they getting sued….

Is this some Democrat logic or what lol?

Maybe because Mrs. Benson runs a top notch organization and he felt like he was getting a legitimate interview and not just a sham one. Guys she might be a woman but she is one of the more respected owners in the league.

What is crazy about this situation is he was definitely going to be a head coach again. Probably not this year, since most fired coaches don't get a job immediately. He was highly thought of and could easily have gone the coordinator route and been a HC again, even if he only sued the Dolphins. But he got sue happy and will never work in the NFL again.

Why? He’s suing every team he interviewed with that didn’t hire him. He interviewed with us right? So it’s Saints related. He’s suing because of racism and yet one of the teams hired back to back black coaches. We hired a white coach.

When are facts race baiting?

Have you not been paying attention to all of these racists claims?

Adding Houston to his list should kill his suit. I am sure Miami will use the McDaniel being partially black (either 25% or 50%) will be their main defense. NYG & Den not taking it serious, and hiring white guys, could come back to bite them in the arse w/ the league.

It does make me wonder if the Saints made him sign something before the interview.

Maybe they just did such a good and thorough interview after being informed of the suit he didn't want to burn every last bridge to the ground.

Saints had already hired Allen when Bienemy interviewed, he’d be the one with a gripe

Doesn't matter if they took serious or not. His case has no legal grounds.

Was not implying he had a legal ground here. Just that since it was made public, the league needs to act like they care and take 1-2 draft picks away because they didn't take the Rooney Rule seriously.

Yep. He pretty much did this to himself.

The only way for him to get out of this is to drop the lawsuits & apologize to everyone but the Dolphins. I hope he does this b/c he's pretty much screwed if he doesn't.

The fricked up thing is that he's actually a good coach & didn't have to do this to get a head coaching gig. Nobody wants to hire someone that they think might sue them in the future.

It's going to be really shitty around here until Loomis starts restructuring contracts.

This time of the year is very boring for NFL fans.

Eh I mean how long do you hold your tongue though. Has NFL teams been conducting sham interviews with African American coaches to fulfill a dumb rule. Absolutely, If you are denying that then you are trying way too hard. Is blatant racism behind candidates of color not getting hired? I don't know that answer. Flores thinks there is, and that he should do something about it. It's his hill to die on. At the very least hopefully it fixes the sham interview problem which is a problem.

I legitimately think the Saints conducted a real interview with him and was upfront with everything. That is why we aren't in the lawsuit. I could be wrong and that may change but for now I'm going with it.
