Hooker also. I wonder how much of their success is due to experience. I'm actually interested in hooker in beginning rounds

A ton.

Troy Smith 2.0. Real good in college and doesn't have much of a chance at the next level. Hard pass, even in the 4th-5th.

Stetson Bennett will never be a regular, starting QB in the National Football League.

He’s 25 years old

Older than 19 NFL QBs

I'm not even advocating drafting, but what does 25yrs old have to do in regards to drafting him? If he was good enough, he would get drafted and could be in the league a solid 10yrs until he's 35 in today's NFL.

Hendon Hooker is almost exactly one year younger than Lamar Jackson, who has already been playing on a franchise tag and won an NFL MVP

If we draft Stetson Bennett anywhere I may give up my season tickets. Dude will be selling F-150s or life insurance before long.

I didn’t say anything about drafting him or not. Just realize he’s 25 years old on a team full of 5 stars.

All of his value is tied to being an older guy carving up teenagers, so that’s what it has to do with drafting him

In later rounds as a backup. I am a fan of his, but he is not the answer to our QB problems.

I'd kick the tires on Drew Lock before I'd draft Stet.

Stetson Bennett is a 26 year old playing against 18-21 year old kids in most cases.

He has 4 and 5 star talent and all 10 positions on the field on every play.

What you saw for most of the year and last night is that if you have 1 or two 5 star skill players they can be double teamed or schemed to at least minimize the damage. TCU had no answer. They could not match up at any position on the field.

The San Francisco 49ers closed out the 2022 NFL Draft, selecting quarterback Brock Purdy as Mr. Irrelevant.

Is this another situation?

All I know is that Bennett is a winner .Very good at game
management and hitting the open reciever. Is he a NFL QB
I have no idea but to trash him after what he has accomplished is idiotic. Smoe QBs just have IT and he has in
college.
