I don’t have a problem with Seth being gay.

I do have a problem with Seth bashing Drew for expressing his pro-Christian beliefs and slamming the church in which Drew attends and worships.

Did you read what he actually wrote or just assuming because of what people have said here?

It’s long and worth a read but he didn’t bash Brees for either of those things.

How long before WWL releases the internal review that determines it was Jussie —- excuse me, I mean Seth —- who sent the offending Tweet?

In this day and age, every employee of every company knows not to do shite like that.

I’m gonna say there’s maybe a 10% drunk Bobby did it. The other 90% is that it was either Seth or someone Seth put up to it. No other plausible explanations.

surprise surprise!

He did it himself (or at least that is alleged by WWL).

They have filed a police report. He posted it from his own cell phone and then tried to extort them for 1.8 million.

NO WAY

Sauce? I saw on the news just this morning I think it was that he was suing WWL for an anti-gay workplace citing multiple issues.

Annnnd this about to go away real quick.

Also. IF this is true I hope it completely ruins him. Dude was perfectly willing to wreck another person or persons livelihood in a hypersensitive 2019 culture. Only fitting it be his doing something this underhanded.

I wonder if his phone was connected to their wifi or they came to this conclusion based on logs from the cell phone company.

IP address associated with his cell phone according to a digital forensics team.

well, wifi IP (firewall) would resolve hostname pretty easily (Seth's Iphone), cell service IP is a whole different animal.

I had a suspicion this was the case.

With how fast he responded and the way he responded, it was just too obvious that he really wasn’t affected by the tweet but rather wanted to use it as a power play either for a bigger platform, a better job or for money, just as I said in my previous post.

It’s extortion since he perpetrated the event. And extortion to the tune of 1.85 million. What would a bookie loanshark get for extorting $15k from someone. Years in jail.

I don't really care much about this story but who's going to be the PA announcer at the game Sunday? Seth was in preseason and against the Texans but I'd imagine the Saints want as far away from this situation as possible.

Seth denies he tweeted this. Where is the proof? Looks to me like they are trying to discredit Seth to get out of paying him the $1.8m. Seth passed a lie detector in which he said he didn't do it and that he never had the twitter password. WWL does not even have him on the list of people who had the password.

In fact, Entercom offered him a settlement which he turned down. Then, they started trying to tear him down and create a false narrative. WWL has NEVER asked any of the people with Twitter access if they did it. That was not an option. From day 1 this has been about Entercom finding a way to mitigate the lawsuit, even it they were at fault.

An IP address that is specifically connected to his Cell Phone tweeted it out.

They didn't "have to pay him 1.8m". That was the first settlement demand by his attorney which is always outrageous.

A home lie detector test, which is inadmissable in LITERALLY every court in America, is complete junk science and utterly worthless. They only have one purpose by attorneys: to sway public opinion.

You can craft the questions to give misleading "truthful answers", give your client the questions ahead of time to coach them in how to answer, and interpret the results subjectively.

In short it is designed to fool idiots but has no bearing on anything.

You don't know that, first of all, and there's no record of it.

Second, this is extremely common. I get offers all of the time on cases where they are denying any wrongdoing. There is value in making something go away.

quote:

WWL has NEVER asked any of the people with Twitter access if they did it.

Why would they? They hired one of the best digital forensic guys in the area with an impeccable reputation, and he confirmed it was Dunlap's phone.

They then found video of him going into his office, closing the door, then the tweet comes out, and he emerges to show people the tweet.

IF Entercom was simply using this as a defense, they would have just used it over the course of litigation.

They went the extra step of creating a Police Report and then referring it for criminal investigation.

In short, shut the frick up.

How would you know what and who they asked and what, if any, offer was made? They supposedly have forensic evidence that ties the tweet to his phone and video evidence showing the phone in his possession when the tweet was made. A lie detector test that he arranged and controlled is irrelevant.
