I do not think his attorney thought or knew he did it until this week.

Reportedly, she went postal when it was brought up in the settlement meeting. And the reason I would assume is that she knows Entercom's lawyers are not naive enough to make the accusation without solid proof. I also think that the Entercom people would have rathered a quiet out rather than the path this has taken.

As to the evidence, Entercom is using Charles River Associates. These guys would not put THEIR reputation on the line by coming to this conclusion unless they had solid evidence.
