Neither of us know the truth so let's just have a hypothetical about the possibilities.

If WWL is creating a false narrative in an attempt to mitigate a payout, then WWL/Entercom should be hammered. I assume you agree.

If Dunlap in fact did tweet it, he deserves significant jail time...like 20 years significant. Do you agree?

Have any of you ever had one done? There's a state board that regulates people who administer polygraphs. They have to get certified. Mine was done by the guy in charge of them for the Louisiana State Police, who would do private polygraphs as a side job. They'll prove to you very quickly that you can't lie to them.

I got one done in my divorce simply to prove to family that my ex was lying about me and accusing me of something that wasn't true, and I'll tell you that there was no way that I could've lied in that polygraph test and gotten away with it.

So, yeah, it depends on who is doing the polygraph. Beating a polygraph is incredibly hard. There's a reason that the military, the CIA, the FBI, and even the Louisiana State Police still use them in their investigations.

All that said, I still think that Seth did it.

The IP is like dna. He’s fricked

I got a hard time believing he'd come out of the chute asking for 1.8 mil unless it's a planned shakedown. That's probably 45-50 years of his salary.

This smelled of a shakedown after he hired lawyer and took a leave of absence a day after the tweet.

Reasonable actions in this situation are to have a meeting with your employers and give them a chance to find out who sent the tweet and to see if they take appropriate action. I mean it’s not like he was outed as gay and shunned from the industry. He openly outed himself years ago and was still somewhat successful in sports casting.

We now know he did not take reasonable action bc he was in fact planning to extort his company with social justice bull shite.

Dudes going to jail not an AM radio market. Extortion is a federal crime. He will never work in radio again.
