I'm okay with paying Taysom 10 Mill a year until the day he dies if he wants to continue suiting up for the Saints.

I’m ok with you banning yourself. Your posts are progressively getting worse and worse.

It’s the nfl, every coach’s seat is hot. Kellen will get a free pass this year regardless of what happens but next year he will have to start winning.

If Kellen A) fails as a QB evaluator and B) fails as a QB developer for the guy he used a premium pick on and hand selected over others

A: it would be idiotic to label a qb a bust after 1 season regardless of age or team record (unless he is terrible off the field such as not studying or simply can’t grasp the offense).

B: this statement shows that Moore would need more than 1 year to develop a qb.

The Saints are in a terrible position. If they put Moore anywhere near the warm seat (not even hot) then they should just shut the team down.

This team isn’t a qb away from being a contender.

This question is dumb and you should feel bad for asking it.

Should Kellen Moore Be on the Hotseat?

Let me explain.

Only explanation is that somehow you managed to post a three paragraph thread while being high as a giraffe's azz on that columbian booger sugar.

I need to see how he utilizes our boy Taysom Hill as well. Draft process and player evaluations are important though. You can only do so much if you make the wrong draft decisions. These QB decisions aren't even really difficult in 2025, but there seem to be a lot of NFL guys that still don't understand how to evaluate and extrapolate QB talent. If our ex NFL QB HC can't figure it out, that's a major weakness/concern moving forward. Sean Payton figured it out with Drew Brees. A guy that is 5ft 10 and was coming off a major shoulder issue. Sean Payton knew ball. We honestly don't know if Kellen does yet. The question I posed is more or less if we go 2-15 and Shough is garbage. I think it's a fair question, but some others made some decent points about the overall state of the roster (not just the QB position).

Taysom may never be the same. He is an older player coming off a knee injury…..so you want to put a coach on the hot seat if a qb draft pick doesn’t work out or he can’t properly utilize an older gadget player…..

What did Sean figure out with Drew? He didn’t draft Drew….

Sean knew ball……but you don’t know if Moore….who has won a Superbowl with Jalen Hurts…..not exactly a Drew Brees clone (and this isn’t a knock on Jalen) knows ball (you should feel stupid for using "knows ball).

The Saints don’t have a top 100 player on the roster. You have an aging Kamara and a consistently concussed Olave as the primary weapons. They also have questions on the offensive line. But yes….if the Saints go 2-15 it is clearly because Moore took a qb in the 2nd round. Obviously that pick and that pick alone was going to swing the team from 2-15 to 15-2.

Brother, if I was in charge of this team, we'd have a franchise QB and a better roster. I've been quite prolific with my QB evaluations in the past and also in dissecting moves like the trade up for Olave that 99% of the board convinced themselves was a good idea for the better part of 3 years.

I'm not the enemy here. Mickey is brother. He's been past his prime for 8 years.

You can't be that much of a reactionary dumbass when it comes to the sport of football, or any sport for that matter.

You should start watching ballet or carjitsu, or lacrosse.

Real traditional American sports are obviously not your thing.

Bless your heart.

I've adjusted my position and I'm comfortable in giving Kellen 2 years and then re evaluating

Newsflash your new readjusted position that you were comfortable with two years you still sound like a complete fricking idiot. The man needs at least 3 to 4 years.

Micky doesnt make picks. He does hire his friends ansd refuses to fire them despite how bad the performance is -Ireland and Dumars. Look at the last few drafts-We are always picking players higher than anyone else has them rated. I did like the last two tackles tho. But, the rest of the drafts suck.

Did anyone here actually like the moves we made to make the Olave? People were mad that we took a soft undersized WR with a premium pick.. I don’t remember ppl loving that pick wver

Actually Shough was Mickey's pick buddy

Kellen Moore Likes Shough and it is his Pick. Pay attention to what he said in the halftime and the after game presser. He like what he has seen in shough so far. the kid looked poised and in control of the offense. If the offensive line stays healthy, this kid can thrive with good coaching behind him.. As a whole I thought the team looked good without playing a lot of starters.. The Saints may have some Depth at a lot of positions. The kid that came in at center was a bright spot and is very physical player. Defensively the Saints have some good players at all positions thats the depth because the starters were not out there... Staying healthy is the key....

Moore should get 3 years to build it like he wants.
