Actually, just in the metro area the Superdome is East, West and North of the Mississippi River. If you expand far enough out to Arkansas, it is also South of the river.......

The superdome is east of the MS River because of how it curves. West Bank would be Algiers/Gretna ect.
Correct, but what he is saying, I live in Algiers on the west bank, my house is west of the Mississippi River.
If I wanted to go to the Superdome I would have to travel west. That's why New Orleans called the Crescent City.

NFL gotta stomp out the hope in NO or it backfires and we go on a tear because we believe even more

The Saints have opened at home each of the last 3 years and 6 of the last 7 years (the 2021 opener was schedule for NO but moved to Jacksonville because of Ida). It was probably overdue for a road opener

It’s the NFL, you eventually have to play good teams

Yeah but thats a tough draw for a young team that really can't afford to get behind the 8 ball early

a.) the NFL is not static as both the Ravens and Lions found out last year
b.) the Saints can absolutely go 0-2 and still have a good year

Yup we're easily going 0-2 and spiral
