NOLA.com

Looks like it’s not confirmed by the NFL, but a lot of outlets are reporting it including Yahoo Sports and SI.

I thought they were playing the browns I must have misread that somewhere.

but to your point about an October 15th Thursday night game man I hope that's not the only one that they give us. even though it's been going on for years I'm not the biggest fan of Thursday night football.

Team wanted a TNF game so they could travel to Paris on Sunday.

Yes I get that part what I'm getting at is that I hope that's not the only prime time game they give us.

we didn't have any last year so I don't know if we're going to have a lot this year.

maybe they'll surprise us but I'm not expecting a whole lot

I would expect the Drew Brees ring of honor that night unless we get a home MNF game

I am sure season ticket holders were hoping it would be the Cardinals and not a team that travels well like the Steelers.

That hurts the value of reselling a little bit more.

That was probably people trying to link the team together since they both are now the reps for Italy. But Clev was already linked to another city this year and we were linked to Paris.

I posted earlier about being contacted multiple times on getting season tickets again (gave them up last year).

The brokers must have all known already and not wanted them for the season at face value.

Packers, Raiders, Vikings, and Steelers all visiting would have made the math really work if you wanted to sell some and only go to a few.

Not so fast…

If you read the story, you see that the Saints denied the reports about Cleveland being the opponent when those stories started circulating in February. So go cry about something else.

How about you dig up those denials for us?

Steelers and Cowboys are probably the highest two sellers, from my experience the last 20 plus years…

TBH if you are mad about this because you lose out on resale value then I’m glad this happened to you. What’s the point of buying season tickets if you are just worried about selling them. Loser

How about this:

So I assume you're arguing that the Saints chose to leak false information to a French radio station for the purpose of driving up ticket sales.
