The #Saints are signing veteran WR Chris Hogan, source says. Obviously impressed in his workout today. So his NFL career resumes and lacrosse gets put on hold.

Hogan is brought in to maybe give us production from the 3rd-4th receiver spot. His signing doesn’t matter because without a healthy Thomas this corps is fricked.
Honesty inexcusable for Payton and Loomis to ignore this position after last year, but they did a lot of questionable moves while letting Brees hang around 2 years past his expiration date.
I don’t see us making any really trades or moves this year because I suspect we won’t be very good and they won’t want to part with potential high draft picks for temporary relief in what will be a lost season.

Since we have Winston or Taysom as QB, Hogan as a receiver is not an issue. He doesn’t need to get open because Winston can’t accurately hit him and Taysom will be running the ball anyway. Im afraid it’s gonna be a long and depressing season and before it’s over we are going to miss our woke,spineless,noodle armed, QB of seasons past.
