I tend to trust a premier athlete with a clearly identifiable weakness to work on it. It’s how I USED TO feel about signing or drafting dudes that couldn’t shoot with Fred Vinson on staff with Pels.

I bet they duct tape that bitch to his hands during camp.

We will make Olave teach him what to do.

Always had a tantalizing athletic profile but never quite lived up to his draft billing. That said he’s never really played in a great offense with an above average QB

I think it’s a DECENT signing (depending on the price), but I was never really big on him. Saints fans are kind of like racoons……players that are uber athletic are like shiny objects

Doesn’t matter if they are productive or not

I wanted Charlie Kolar, but he got paid more than I was expecting sooooooo

Perhaps why for two years they tried to get him.

Fant is kinda arse. Would have been cool if we stole Cade Otton from the Bucs.

Otton got paid $10M/yr so no way we could afford him. Still need a blocking TE. Hopefully we draft one with one of our 4th rounders.

probably because he carries the ball while wearing those dumbass sleeves. No offensive player should wear arm sleeves. Increasing the chances of fumbling
They need to make the outside of the arm sleeve the same texture as the palm of receiver gloves lol

Will say.. Fant is pretty damn fast and explosive. He and Juwan gonna burn up some seam routes in this offense.

Really wanted either him or Charlie Kolar. I honestly would have rather get one in the draft than pay Fant…….but KM must have a plan

yeah big fan of him coming out but he's never been able to put it together even with ample opportunities

still sometimes these athlete types pop late at TE so it's a solid signing on the off chance he's among that group.

If we don’t draft a tight end, I could see us re-signing Foster on a 1-year deal. We still only have 3 currently.

I think foster comes back for that vet presence, he’s continuing to work out with Shough and he won’t be very expensive
