If a good price this is better than Kupp for 15 million.
A healthy B Cooks is still legit.
He can step up and fill in as a 1, and knows how to play as a WR 2/3 role player.

Play I always remember Cooks for. Ironically enough, Derek Carr brought the Raiders back from down 14 late and threw the game winning TD at the end.

Nobody seems to like this signing. I’m assuming Moore has some input on this free agent strategy. Simply put, it’s a failure and I’m rapidly losing confidence in him as a talent evaluator.

It's not that salacious. Thomas passed him up and the Saints didn't want to pay him #1 money and they got a 1st back. The Pats didn't want to pay him #1 money and they got a 1st back. Cooper Kupp turned into Cooper Kupp his first season with the Rams so they didn't need him anymore. He went to Houston when they were dogshit and wasted what was left on his prime. After Houston he was 30 yr old small speed receiver so he's no longterm lock anywhere.
