They could really use him as a huge upgrade to their secondary then cutting Apple and we might get a 1 and a 3 for him.
Then we roll with Adebo and Taylor next year!

How bout we try and keep our best athletes, especially in the secondary which is typically ravaged with injuries every year

Starting to feel just lose and have fire sale, start over. Teams bounce back look at 49ers, Jags, Bengals, Eagles, Bills, Giants, Dolphins. Holding on to bad team too long cost you more just rebuild staff and all. If you keep DA tank give him nothing to win with.

Remember when Miami traded all their players for 1st rounders?

They still have some I think!

I agree with one thing. The Bengals need Latimore. Unless they are going to give us Burrow (who I would trade our whole team for) or Chase, I am not interested.

Exactly, he basically won us the Eagles game and had we had him more we probably win another game or 2 that gets us in the post season.

But i guess too many people rather lose these days.

I’d rather Frick with the Bengals

Do you see the way their defense and team plays when a turnover is up for grabs?

Besides Burrow and Chase, that’s the main difference between the 2 teams. 1 has Dawgs and the other doesn’t.

Lol. The main difference is we don't have Brees in his prime and Payton here. That other BS about Dawgs is stupid.

Not really when you consider our turnover margin this season and if you watch how our team reacts to potential interceptions or fumble recoveries.

And it’s kind of been an ongoing issue the past 3-4 years tbh. Our guys are allergic to recovering 50/50 balls. It’s kind of been a disgusting trend.

Really you're talking out of your arse. The Saints have been top 10 in TO margin the last 4 years. This year we're almost dead last.

Embrace your down votes. You're not wrong.

Thought I'd think a 23 2nd and a 24 2nd that could become a depending on milestones Latamore and or the Bengals achieve in 23.

I’m all for moving as many players as possible. We need a complete rebuild. Taylor and adebo are younger and cheaper.

Would cost the team more to trade him than to keep him on the roster. There are not many players in the Saints team worth trading because majority of the good ones have contracts set in a way that would cause a bigger cap hit

If you can get a 1 and a 3 for Lattimore, you take that and don't look back. And, you do it now so that the cap hit happens in 2023.

The Saints are at the beginning of a 3 to 5 year rebuild. We need to stop trying to hang on. We need to have only 2 objectives for the next 2 years...

* Get out of the long term albatross contracts on guys who will be old by 2025.
* Acquire as many high draft picks as possible.

Winning isn't an objective for this year.

Saints should consider trading his overrated arse to anyone who wants to overpay for him.

I'm tired of this lazy arse only getting up for big games when his name is flashed on national TV. He's great when he's motivated. When he's not, he's average at best. Surely someone will overpay with picks for him due to him being a top shelf CB motivated.

Trade anyone on the roster with value. Period. We need to stockpile to get a franchise QB and start over.

No you don’t, you keep Lattimore, one of the top CBs in the league. One of the most important positions in the league, a dude who’s still in his prime
