Saints most important game left in the regular season is Vikings/Packers.

Vikings win, then everything is still possible for the Saints, including the #1 seed. If not, then the Saints might as well rest the starters. Weird year in the NFC.

What?

If the 49ers beat the Seahawks we'd finish in the 3rd spot.

Meaning we'd have to win potentially two road games to make it to the Super Bowl.

One weekend at a time.

What the Saints can control is their winning out.

That starts tomorrow night and that’s the only thing to worry about.

Everything else is going to be whatever it’s going to be.

Worrying about things I can’t control for me is limited to my loved ones.

No, it’s vs IND, then @TEN and @CAR.

If we don’t handle our business, then what happens in Minnesota wont matter.

I believe OP is saying that if the Packers win, then it doesn't matter what we do in those three games since we'd basically be the 3 seed.

Ofc we could still get the 2 seed in that scenario so it doesn't make sense.

How serious is the injury to Cook for the Vikings? He is a huge part of their offense.

It's a shoulder injury and he couldn't return yesterday. They still haven't said how bad it is.

I swear some of y'all are intellectually stunted.

The OP is implying that, first off, the Saints win out. Obviously, if the Saints finish 10-6 then it does not matter what the Vikings do.

Secondly, he is right about the Vikings/Packers game because the winner of the Niners/Seahawks clash is very, very, very likely to finish tied with the Saints at 13-3.

If the Packers also finish 13-3, then the Saints are stuck with at best the #3 playoff spot.

But, if the Packers lose to the Vikings, then the Saints are guaranteed a 1st round bye. (ASSUMING THE SAINTS WIN OUT, NOLA1128)

The 2nd most important game for the Saints is Niners/Seahawks. We want the Seahawks to win it. That'd yield something like:

1. Saints 13-3
2. Seahawks 13-3
3. Packers 12-4
4. Cowboys/Eagles 8-8
5. Niners 12-4
6. Vikings 11-5

So, pull for Vikings over Packers and Seahawks over Niners. Oh, and go ahead and also pull for the Saints to win out.

I think Boone or Mattison can do enough to give them a decent chance. It was never coming down to the run game anyway. Kirk Cousins is going to have to win them a game on MNF.

He’s fricking 0 and 8.

We actually want the Vikings to be beat up. Would be great if they win and keep piling up the injuries, as we are likely to play them as the 3 seed.
