That drive gives me some hope regarding the offense, they were able to overcome some very questionable penalties that would have stalled most drives.

Hopefully the offense can flip the switch back to being a high scoring offense (if need be) next week.

He's a headcase off the field

Please explain. Everything I have read about him has been that he is an introvert off the field, showboat on the field, and a clown on social media. None of which I have a problem with.

One of the most amazing drives I've seen. And one downvote for the OP...Eagles Fan?

Epic drive. The offense basically told the eagles you won't get the ball this third quarter and we're going to score.

Maybe the Saints committed the penalties on purpose to tire out the Eagles D?

Makes you wonder. Peat is usually solid

another side note: After we forced philly to punt on opening drive in 2nd half, our defense only played 14 snaps the remainder of the game.

just checked out the drive on the play-by-play, here are the stats

87 yards gained on the filed
5 yards gained on penalties from Eagles (Holding on incomplete pass)
46 yard TD nullified by holding on Peat (I believe this was the play where he was bull rushed and pulled Cox down as he fell)
3 yard gain nullified by holding on Unger (BS call where the defender dove to the ground)
False start on Peat, no play

I believe that would be 141 yards of offense, and a 5 yard penalty for 146 total yards on the play.

By the way, how epic would it be if the Saints could open the game with 75 yard 8+ minute drive for a TD against the Rams

Would be really weird for me to be that erect in front of 70,000 but I’ll suffer through if that happens

This was one of the greatest drives in NFL playoff history to take the lead in a game.

The media has ignored it for all the Saint Nick nonsense.

If Brady makes that drive, it's a nonstop media event.
